Colita is Chef Daniel del Prado's vibrant Tex-Oaxacan restaurant in Minneapolis, celebrating bold flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and a warm, energetic atmosphere. Working within the restaurant's established visual identity, we collaborated with the team to extend the brand across menus, signage, printed collateral, packaging, and seasonal materials. Our approach emphasized clarity, craftsmanship, and consistency, creating thoughtful details that support the restaurant's lively character while enhancing the guest experience.
