Porzana

Porzana is a wood-fired steakhouse in Minneapolis's North Loop, inspired by the bold flavors and open-fire traditions of Argentina. Working within the restaurant's established visual identity, we partnered with the team to extend the brand across a wide range of customer touchpoints. From menus and signage to printed collateral, packaging, merchandise, and seasonal materials, we developed thoughtful design solutions that brought consistency and refinement to the guest experience. By translating the brand into cohesive, functional applications, we helped create an experience that feels considered from the moment guests arrive to the last detail on the table.
